How to Contact Company.

While it is generally not our intention to personally identify or contact users through this data collection (except for registration and user support purposes), it may include personally identifiable information or personal data as required for using the Software & Services. For instance, entering a search term containing personal information may result in such data being processed. In addition, IP addresses and other online identifiers are automatically transmitted to us when visiting partner websites using the Software & Services.

2. How a Company Uses Your Information.

We utilize the collected information as follows:

Providing Software & Services: To deliver the Software & Services, including features, content, and search services, and to provide search results from web search partners in response to online search queries. We also employ this data for fraud detection, prevention, and service evaluation. The data is deleted once fraud and lifetime value assessments are concluded.

Fraud Detection: We use IP addresses, cookie IDs, installation IDs, URL referrers, and search terms for fraud detection. This information is retained for 3 months. After this period, all data except for cookie IDs and installation IDs is deleted.

Assessing Operational Effectiveness: We retain cookie IDs and installation IDs, along with the count of search queries (excluding the actual queries) for 24 months to analyze performance, resolve errors, and enhance the Software & Services.

Customer Support: Support-related information is used to provide assistance and address user complaints and feedback. This data is not associated with other information collected, unless required to process a request.

Disputes and Enforcement: Personal information is used to manage disputes involving users and enforce the terms and conditions of the Software & Services. It may also be disclosed to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, protect against illegal activities, and respond to law enforcement or governmental requests.

Use of Non-PII: Non-personally identifiable information is used for various purposes, including operating and updating the Software & Services, improving and customizing the Software & Services, monitoring user behavior, and enhancing the quality and operation of the Software & Services.

Apart from the previously described uses, we may share your information with specific categories of third parties for various purposes, such as:

Third-party service providers for data hosting, support, and related operations. Third-party tools and services for data analysis and metrics, such as Google Analytics.
